User Agreement

USER AGREEMENT
Please read these Terms of Use Agreement carefully. By accessing this Website,
you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree
to these terms and conditions, do not access this Website.

By submitting an application through this site or submitting
contact form, you hereby understand and agree that you
have established a business relationship between you and
YesPros Financials Inc. As such, you agree that YesPros
Financials Inc. may contact you using information you
provide. You hereby consent to any such communication
or phone calls regarding the information you requested.

I / we confirm that the information provided to YesPros Financials Inc
in the mortgage application is true and accurate. I /we have made no
misrepresentations in regards to my/our property, financial standings,
employment, references, assets, liabilities, intended use of prospective
property, addresses,and any other information discussed with YesPros
representatives. I / we hereby authorize YesPros Financials Inc and its
agents and representatives to obtain further information about us from
various sources in order to facilitate my/our application for financing.
YesPros may disclose and exchange this information to any lender,
insurance agent or personal information source, such as credit reporting
agencies, which it considers appropriate. I / we indemnify YesPros Financials
Inc and its agents and representatives from any damages that might arise
from any of the above proceedings. If purchasing a property with a financing
subject, I/we understand that YesPros Financials Inc has not and will not
advice us to remove any such subject unless appropriate financing has
been attained based on all the information I/we have provided to YesPros
financials Inc. In the case that we are not able to meet all of the Lender’s
lending conditions, including but not limited to income verifications, appraisal
of the property, satisfactory proof of down payment, satisfactory proof
of employment, and any other conditions, I/we are solely responsible for
any damages arising from the removal of such subject.
